Registration Requirements

Step 1: Register Your District

If your district would like to participate in the Northwest Regional Technology Fair, please email the following information about your designated Tech Fair Coordinator to Bucky Bush (tech@nwgaresa.com).
  • Full name of the District Tech Fair Coordinator
  • District and schools
  • Email address
  • Direct contact number
  • Job title
OR, you may fill out this form (Tech Fair District Coordinator). You will receive an email confirmation once your district has been approved.

Step 2: Student Registration

There is a registration fee of $10 per student. The district will be invoiced directly upon close of registration. Students, please contact your district's coordinator for registration and payment details.
  • Students may participate as individuals or as teams of two
  • Each school can only submit up to two projects per category-grade level
  • Only 1 registration form needs to be submitted for a team of two
  • A student may enter only one project in the competition
Please select the correct category for each project Projects will be judged by the category under which the project was submitted. Changes in category WILL NOT be made for any reason after registration closes.
